Building Wellness Strategies

Stress.  Ugh!  It takes a toll on our mental and emotional health. This groups will focus on developing a toolbox of strategies to help manage everyday stress by building skills like resiliency, stress management and healthy coping skills. These skills helps manage daily stress which enhances our emotional and physical well being. Participants will have a place where they are able to motivate themselves and other to take better care of themselves
