MenTOR has been developed because we believe

• We all want to be in relationships in a healthy way
• All forms of unhealthy behaviours will damage a relationship
• All behaviour is personal choice and personal responsibility
• We have a shared level of value, deservedness, capacity, worth, potential
• Change is possible
• When offered effective support, education, and opportunity in a group setting, men will take personal responsibility for their choices and end any harmful behaviours
